Introduction

Welcome to FLAGS OF THE EAST. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any FLAGS OF THE EAST event, festival, activation, or program ("Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

FLAGS OF THE EAST reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued except in the event that an Event is cancelled by FLAGS OF THE EAST.

If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests due to rescheduling will be reviewed at the sole discretion of FLAGS OF THE EAST.

Lost, stolen, duplicated, or counterfeit tickets will not be honored.

FLAGS OF THE EAST reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates these Terms and Conditions without refund.

Event Entry Requirements

  • Attendees must comply with all venue rules and local laws.
  • Government-issued identification may be required for entry.
  • Certain Events may be restricted to attendees aged 21 years and older. Age restrictions will be clearly stated on the Event ticketing page.
  • Security checks, including bag inspections, may be conducted upon entry.
  • FLAGS OF THE EAST reserves the right to deny admission to any individual deemed intoxicated, disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of venue policies.

Photography, Videography, and Media Release

By entering a FLAGS OF THE EAST Event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, and other forms of media capture may occur.

FLAGS OF THE EAST and its affiliates, sponsors, media partners, photographers, videographers, and authorized representatives may capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, and otherwise utilize photographs, videos, audio recordings, and likenesses of attendees for promotional, marketing, editorial, commercial, social media, advertising, archival, and other lawful purposes without compensation or additional consent.

By attending an Event, you grant FLAGS OF THE EAST an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format now known or later developed.

You waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation related to the use of such materials.

To protect attendee privacy, FLAGS OF THE EAST will not intentionally identify individuals by full name without prior consent except where required by law.

Attendee Conduct

FLAGS OF THE EAST is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Physical violence or threats
  • Illegal drug use or distribution
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Possession of weapons
  • Damage to venue property
  • Disruptive or unsafe conduct
  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation

Any attendee engaging in prohibited conduct may be removed from the Event without refund and may be prohibited from attending future FLAGS OF THE EAST Events.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Crowds
  • Loud music
  • Strobe lighting
  • Physical activity and dancing
  • Weather conditions
  • Interactions with other attendees

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLAGS OF THE EAST, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, venue partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Theft
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Travel expenses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Attendees participate at their own risk.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited unless expressly authorized:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Outside alcohol
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Drones
  • Professional recording equipment without media credentials
  • Laser pointers
  • Hazardous materials

FLAGS OF THE EAST reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items or deny entry.

Intellectual Property

All FLAGS OF THE EAST trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, videos, photographs, event concepts, and website content are the exclusive property of FLAGS OF THE EAST.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Event Changes and Force Majeure

FLAGS OF THE EAST reserves the right to change:

  • Event dates
  • Venues
  • Artists
  • Performers
  • Schedules
  • Programming

without prior notice.

FLAGS OF THE EAST shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, or severe weather.
